• KYC documents — Aadhaar number, Aadhaar front/back photos, driving licence number and photo, and an optional selfie, collected to verify your identity before renting a scooty.
• Booking & payment information — rental dates, plan selected, delivery address, and payment/transaction records processed via Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay.
• GPS location data — the live location of the scooty (not your personal device) for the duration of an active rental.
• Usage data — basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity and eligibility to rent (KYC review).
• To create, manage, and let you track your bookings.
• To process payments, refunds, and security deposits through Razorpay.
• To monitor rented vehicles via GPS for safety and recovery purposes.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and support communications.
• To detect and prevent fraud, damage disputes, or misuse of the platform.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your Aadhaar number is stored in encrypted form in our database. Access to KYC documents is restricted to authorised staff reviewing verification requests. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Razorpay, to process payments, refunds, and security deposits.
• Our GPS device provider, to enable live location tracking of rented vehicles.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, where legally required (e.g. in case of theft or accident investigation).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account, KYC, and booking records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Note that we may be unable to delete certain records (such as payment or KYC history) that we are legally required to retain.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you logged in and to protect your session (CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
